- The shaft is metal, what kind? Someone that it purchased from time I say if change color?

No, it doesn't change color. It's just as it looks in the photo. It's been hanging on the outside for over a month and still doesn't change the color

- Where can I hang it?

You can hang it anywhere inside home and outside, each suncatcher has a ring you can tie a pendant to or hang it on a nail easily.

Our customers usually hang it with a nail from the roof or window.

- They can burn something?

Absolutely not! There needs to be a focused, strong point of light to burn. Crystals scatter light creating rainbows so they can't burn anything.

- What are your processing times?

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days of them being placed. From there they are passed onto our distribution centers for packing and shipping.

Yes, all our rainbow-maker are handmade with love, and we use the highest quality natural metal and crystal glass in our designs.

- How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It will usually take 5-16 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from design-to-design; based on demand and shipping location.

- How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will usually take between 1-3 business days.

You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide!

Our main office is in the USA. We have supply warehouses in the USA, Shenzhen and Europe.

While the price on our website should be displaced in your local currency, we process all orders in USD.

- Is COVID-19 Affecting Delivery Times?

There have been some delays due to COVID-19 shutdowns.

In some countries like the UK, Royal Mail delivery service has experienced periodic shutdowns leading to delays.

In the USA, there have also been some delays however these have been minimal thus we have kept estimated delivery times to 6-10 business days.

Europe has experienced custom delays when receiving inbound orders from the USA. We are working with postal services to avoid such delay, thus delivery times remain a estimated 4-15 business days
